The Inclusion Growth Curve was originally published by Women in Mining in 2017 in Welcoming to women: An action plan for Canada’s mining employers to aid corporations in their journey. I have adapted this document, which help guides corporations on their equity journeys, to allow for individuals to use in for understanding where they are at in their personal development.
