Jocelyn is been a proud board member of Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan Inc. (WIM/WiN-SK), a non-profit, volunteer based organization focused on connecting and inspiring a diverse workforce in the Saskatchewan Mining and Nuclear industries.

With WIM/WiN-SK Jocelyn is currently the Vice-Chair for the board and the Chair of the Mentorship committee. She also Co-Chaired the 2020 Virtual Mine Your Potential Conference in September 2020, which connected over 270 people.
